About the Artists:
Kilian Sladek, Jazz Vocalist: Known for his emotional and innovative performances, Kilian Sladek is a standout talent in the jazz genre. He is a young jazz vocalist, composer, lyricist and performer from Munich, Germany. With roots in the traditions of jazz and its related genres, Sladek brings a fresh perspective through his use of extended vocal techniques and scatting. A graduate of music academies in Munich and Riga, Sladek has released notable albums such as “SYLLABULISM” and “SEASONS,” blending influences from scat virtuosos and sound aesthetics from the EDM genre. His dynamic presence is complemented by his participation in various projects and ensembles, showcasing his versatility and passion for modern jazz expressions.
Leonid Nesterov Trio: Starting his career in Latvia and based in Limassol since 2010, Leonid Nesterov has become a central figure in the local jazz scene. Nesterov’s commitment to jazz is evident in his collaborations with musicians from across the globe, bringing rich, diverse influences to his performances. His main project – Leonid Nesterov Trio – is known for its soulful interpretations of original music, jazz standards, and modern mainstream jazz.
Andreas Rodosthenous, Electric Bass: With an extensive background that includes performances across Europe and collaborations with a myriad of artists, Rodosthenous brings depth and innovation to the stage.
